Artemis Connection has provided strategic consulting since 2015, driving priority projects for clients as well as staffing embedded talent for longer-term support. In our longest continuous engagement, we have run a successful embedded program with a top tech company for over seven years and are designated as a Preferred Vendor. Roles span a variety of teams that include time-bound and always-on assignments and range from project-based to functional in focus. Our fully-distributed workforce is available across time zones and without impact to in-office overhead. We can staff single embedded roles or build a self-managing team of 20+, in areas including Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Budget, and more.

Role: Embedded Strategy & Operations Program Manager 

Contractor will provide the services described below, together with any additional services requested by Client in writing (including by email) in order to meet Client’s objectives

Flexible Program Management support

  • Supervise milestones and provide regular updates to client, including

setting up and attending weekly meetings, as necessary

  • Arrange logistics, coordinate execution with all involved parties, perform

regular quality checks, and monitor program enhancement execution

  • Provide analysis of data and information on an as needed basis
  • Responsible and proactive for understanding Client’s Project requirements and communicating questions, concerns, and potential roadblocks 

Deliverables

Contractor will provide the deliverables described below, together with any additional deliverables requested by Client, in writing, in order to meet Client’s objectives for the Project and to fulfill the purpose.

WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain internal systems & trackers to support hiring, exits, forecasting, reorgs, internship programs, location strategies, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with Strategy & Operations partners to ensure smooth processes (Internships, Staffing/Recruiting, Finance, Ads, Chiefs of Staff, etc.)
  • Ensure cross-training to secure backup of critical processes for headcount, hiring, and surveys 
  • Further develop historical database to enable faster and more accurate data from workforce tools
  • Workforce tool and database maintenance, reporting, ad hoc analysis
  • Communications with internal and external partners
  • Analysis and creation of slide decks for presentations to executive leadership 
  • Point of contact for headcount and  hiring questions 
  • Manage Surveys
