Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager/Producer to join our team at Trucordia. The Account Manager/Producer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of existing group medical accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of group medical insurance carriers/products along with strong knowledge of ancillary products as well, excellent sales skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. This position will work closely with clients to identify their insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and offer ongoing support and service.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in a book of business.
  • Manage all aspects of group medical renewal book of business and write new business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and new business.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and policy accuracy.
  • Handle policy renewals and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Stay up to date with this industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Qualifications

  • State of Washington Life & Health license required.
  • Experience in group medical products as an Account Manager.
  • Strong Knowledge of medical & Medicare Insurance.
  • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Insurance Software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:$45,000-$62,000 commensurate on experience
