* Job Summary
* The Sr One CDW Talent Specialist works cross-collaboratively partnering with key stakeholder groups to lead initiatives that drive improved outcomes of various diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives in the workplace. This role executes on strategic initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace, and leverages diversity and inclusion for a competitive advantage in the marketplace. The Sr Inclusion Practices Specialist drives efficiency, effectiveness, and growth of diversity resource groups across the enterprise, as well as represents the CDW brand at external diversity events, support recruiting outreach and retention initiatives.
* What you'll do
* Manage Business Resource Groups (BRG) and other coworker resource networks by providing insight and guidance to enhance coworker engagement in fostering inclusion and diversity throughout the organization.
* Ensure compliance with BRG Guidelines and One CDW strategy that facilitate growth and effectiveness of the BRGs.
* Implement programming and activities that help develop BRG leaders, create a talent pipeline and provide opportunities for exposure.
* Host monthly meetings with BRG leaders to ensure alignment to BRG strategic plans.
* Provide monthly BRG membership analytics to BRGs to identify new members.
* Provide recommendations for One CDW opportunities leveraging available Coworker Services resources and subject matter experts.
* Develop and implement targeted communications to build engagement and support our One CDW brand within the organization.
* Collaborate cross-functionally and with internal Coworker Success departments to execute specific One CDW initiatives, programs and events.
* Track, monitor and report on Outreach efforts to support CDW's diversity pipeline efforts and recruiting progress.
* Provide additional support to Talent Management tam for ELP, TRP or any other ad hoc projects.
* Identify process improvements that will streamline efforts and improve quality of service.
* What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or managing organizational programs or 9+ years of experience in Human Resources or managing organizational programs
* Proven success developing employment programs, metrics and reporting
* Demonstrated experience working with diverse professional associations and organizations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
* Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills
* Proven track record of strong interpersonal skills and good judgment to manage sensitive and confidential matters
* Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities/projects with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines and providing high quality work and service level
* Strong planning and organizational skills, with critical attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze, compile and present data to convey an idea and recommendations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience leading the planning, coordination and execution of organizational programs and events.
* Exposure to talent management, leadership development, broad base communication and strategic planning.
* Prior experience leading Business Resource Groups or experience in Diversity and Inclusion
* Working knowledge of Affirmative Action plans and priorities Pay range: $91,000 - $126,200 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
