What you will be doing:

•             Innovate and generate mechanical designs for new products, improvements to existing ones, and product assemblies.

•             Serve as project lead on mechanical-related projects.

•             Contribute to a collaborative environment, helping to establish lean but effective practices.

•             Deliver high quality and timely results to meet the business needs.

•             Work cross-functionally to contribute to deliverables during the product development lifecycle.

•             Follow documented procedures for all activities related to the Bardy Dx Quality System.

•             Complete other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

•             Working towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or other equivalent.

•             Experience and familiarity with CAD software tools, such as SolidWorks.

•             Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

•             An autonomous self-starter personality with a culture of collaboration.

•             Excellent oral and written communication skills.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a pay rate of $21.00 - $26.00 an hour.
