Engineering Manager

Lead engineering teams developing and polishing dynamic gameplay and narrative systems for a AAA game. Own major subsystems, drive systems to shipping quality, create technical roadmaps, manage schedules and outsourcing partners, oversee console porting and optimization, and mentor programmers. Collaborate across studio disciplines while contributing to architecture, coding, testing, debugging, performance improvement, documentation, and development lifecycle practices.

Lead a hands-on IAM engineering team building scalable authentication and authorization services for multi-tenant enterprise customers. Shape architecture, write production Go code, review changes, manage on-call operations, and own observability, reliability, and security. Recruit and develop engineers, manage roadmaps and delivery, partner with product and enterprise stakeholders, and drive identity platform initiatives including SSO, provisioning, policy enforcement, token strategy, and regulatory auditing. Promote responsible AI coding-tool adoption and maintain high engineering standards.

Leads a product design engineering team developing space solar panels and wings from concept through production release. Oversees technical design decisions, product configurations, project plans, quality, cost, schedule, suppliers, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and test engineering. Manages and mentors employees, drives design-process improvements, supports compliance with standards, and fosters an inclusive, psychologically safe, performance-oriented workplace.
