RSA is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Hunter responsible exclusively for acquiring new customers across the United States.

This is a fully remote role covering the entire U.S. market and focused on building new logo revenue within:

·       State, Local, and Education (SLED)

·       Assigned strategic enterprise segment designed to ensure balanced opportunity density

This role carries no existing install base. The successful candidate will thrive in a greenfield environment, building pipeline from scratch and driving complex enterprise sales motions.

 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for net new logo acquisition only, from prospecting to close.
  • Develop and execute a national territory strategy focused on SLED and assigned enterprise segment.
  • Generate pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, executive networking, partner collaboration, and ABM planning.
  • Build executive relationships with CIO, CISO, CTO, and senior IT/business stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex public sector procurement cycles and RFP processes.
  • Lead cross-functional deal teams including BDRs, Sales Engineering, Field CTO, Channel, and Services.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and deal hygiene using MEDDPICC.
  • Represent RSA at national and regional SLED conferences and executive briefings.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM practices and sustain 3x+ pipeline coverage.

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently through outbound motion.
  • Proven experience closing $100K+ ARR enterprise deals.
  • Consistent history of exceeding annual quota.
  • Experience selling into SLED (state agencies, municipalities, higher education, public institutions) strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage long and complex procurement cycles.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or structured enterprise sales methodology.
  • Experience selling IAM, IGA, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment while managing a national territory.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with channel partners and system integrators in public sector deals.
  • Experience selling IAM, IGA, or cybersecurity solutions.

Work Conditions

  • Approximately 50 percent travel for customer meetings, onsite reviews, and events

Pay Range (On Target Earnings) $220,000 - $270,000

 

Full-time, non-Sales US employees are also eligible for annual discretionary bonuses that are funded based on prior year company performance. RSA Sales team members are eligible to participate in company commission plans.
