The Role
Kodex is experiencing incredible growth, and we’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Kodex helps highly-regulated companies handle law enforcement requests in a more secure and efficient manner. As digital crime has grown, the demand for Kodex has exploded.
This role presents a unique opportunity to step into a proven sales process, working closely with a lean and agile team to drive growth in an exciting and rapidly evolving market. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Kodex, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new, high-value clients and managing strategic relationships with key accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for solving complex problems, taking initiative, and driving tangible results. Responsibilities
Intentional Prospecting: Work alongside BDRs to source, engage, and convert enterprise-level prospects into customers by identifying pain points and positioning Kodex’s innovative fintech/compliance tech solutions to address those needs.
Strategic Sales Engagement: Navigate complex sales cycles and effectively communicate the value of Kodex’s platform to C-suite and senior decision-makers at target enterprises.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across a diverse range of industries, ensuring that customers not only adopt Kodex but also stay deeply engaged as the solution evolves.
Deal Execution & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals that align with company goals, delivering revenue while ensuring a seamless handoff to the implementation and customer success teams.
Market Insight & Feedback: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help shape product strategy and positioning.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline, reporting on forecasted sales, client opportunities, and deal stages with transparency and consistency.
What you bring
Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in an Enterprise Account Executive role, ideally within the fintech, compliance tech, or enterprise SaaS space. A strong track record of managing and closing large, complex deals.
Sales Process Expertise: Experience navigating the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing, with a solid understanding of B2B sales methodologies and tools.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A passion for solving complex customer challenges and a consultative selling approach that emphasizes long-term value creation.
Entrepreneurial Drive: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean team environment with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. You will be expected to take initiative and contribute to the growth of the sales function from the ground up.
Relationship-First Approach: Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative mindset with the ability to build trust with senior executives and key decision-makers.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence C-level stakeholders.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms. Knowledge of the fintech or compliance tech space is a significant advantage.
