Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our Americas team and own our North East territory. In this role, you’ll be key to growing revenue through our network of distributors and resellers in the Northeast, while also engaging directly with end customers to build strong, lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate brings a proven sales record, outstanding relationship skills, and a talent for value-driven selling that clearly communicates the impact our solutions deliver.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales Execution, Customer Expansion and Co-Selling: You’ll take on a blend of responsibilities—collaborating on strategic deals with partners and supporting end-user opportunities. You’ll be instrumental in landing new business and growing existing accounts over time, helping to maximize customer value while working closely with partners.
  • Build and Expand Partner Relationships: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with IT resellers and distributors, ensuring their growth and success while keeping the end user’s needs at the forefront.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Accurately forecast pipeline and bookings in Hubspot, making sure all opportunities reflect potential deal value, timing, contacts, and key activities.   Pipeline and CRM  rigor is a requirement for success.
  • Customer Success: Own the ongoing success of partner and end user relationships — driving adoption, engagement, and measurable business impact.
  • “Be the CEO” of your territory - coordinate the activities required to land, expand, and support your customers.   You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Custom Development, Support, Product, Marketing to develop and execute your territory and account plans in order to grow your business.  Effective leadership qualities like empathy, organization, and communication will unlock your territory and drive attainment!

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in enterprise IT sales, preferably in the AI or security space
  • Proven ability to sell into C-Level and work with stakeholders across various lines of business.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience managing partner networks and driving revenue through indirect sales channels.
  • A solution-based and value based approach to selling and the ability to manage a complex sales process.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including marketing and sales engineering.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred).
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
