About AiPrise

About AiPrise

AiPrise is a YC-backed, Series A company building the global compliance infrastructure for financial services. We help banks, fintechs, cross-border payment providers, stablecoin and crypto companies, and marketplaces gain a 360° view of every business they onboard, anywhere in the world.

Through a single integration, we connect 800+ data sources and 80+ verification partners across 200+ countries, powering KYB, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring for companies like Meta, Airwallex, Fireblocks, and Bridge.

Our AI Agents help compliance teams do more with less, resolving more cases, catching more fraud, and scaling operations without scaling headcount.

We're ~60 people, Series A funded, and obsessed with a single problem: making compliance feel simple for the teams who live in it every day.

Borders shouldn't be blockers. Compliance is hard. AiPrise shouldn't be.

The Role

We are hiring the founding member of our Account Management team. You will work directly with the Head of Sales to expand our existing customer base and ensure issues are resolved quickly, so that customers stay, grow, and renew. Your main priority is to expand our existing customers' use cases with a secondary emphasis on retention of our most important clients. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape how AiPrise retains and expands its most important relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Expand our existing customer base by adding additional products and committing customers to higher annual contract processing volumes.

  • Hold regular syncs with high-value clients and conduct periodic check-ins with all customers within your book of business.

  • Ensure quick resolution to issues by coordinating with our customer support team so customers have a consistently strong experience.

  • Maintain a 95%+ annualized gross revenue retention (GRR) month over month.

  • Partner with the sales team on high-value prospects to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and into ongoing growth.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot), including meeting notes and expansion deal stages.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales on larger account upgrades and negotiations.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in enterprise account management with a proven track record of exceeding annual expansion quota in a SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated success working with C-suite customers and clients.

  • Experience selling into fintech, regtech, and/or compliance software industries.

  • Highly coachable with strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Based in the US, with the ability to travel for customer and company events.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
