About The RoleWe’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join Jasper’s Customer Success organization. In this role, you’ll manage and grow relationships with some of the world’s leading brands, ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes with Jasper’s Marketing AI platform while driving retention and expansion across your portfolio.
You’ll serve as the commercial owner of your accounts, partnering deeply with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure customer value realization, timely renewals, and strategic growth. This is a great role for someone who thrives in executive conversations, understands enterprise dynamics, and enjoys helping customers achieve long-term success through transformative technology.
This fully remote position reports to the Director of Account Management and is open to candidates located within the continental US.
What you will do at JasperOwn a portfolio of Jasper’s enterprise customers, accountable for retention, renewal, and expansion revenue
Partner closely with CSMs to align on customer outcomes, verify ROI, and leverage success stories to drive renewals and growth
Conduct discovery and product demos independently, without heavy reliance on Solutions Engineering
Develop and execute account plans that outline key stakeholders, business goals, usage trends, and expansion opportunities
Lead renewal and expansion cycles end to end, from discovery through close, collaborating cross-functionally with CSM, Product, and Legal
Deliver strategic business reviews and executive touchpoints (QBRs, roadmap discussions) that highlight ROI, adoption, and innovation
Forecast and manage pipeline for renewals and expansions with consistency and accuracy
Ensure on-time renewals through proactive engagement, early risk identification, and strong commercial discipline
Maintain high account coverage activity through regular engagement with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
Advocate for your customers internally, sharing feedback and insights to influence Jasper’s roadmap and customer experience
6+ years of B2B SaaS Sales experience, with at least 3+ years managing and growing enterprise-level accounts.
Proven success driving expansion and cross-sell revenue within complex organizations.
Expertise in enterprise sales motions, including multi-stakeholder alignment, executive engagement, and value-based selling.
Strong business acumen. You are able to connect marketing and operational challenges to Jasper’s AI-driven outcomes.
Experience leading complex deal cycles and coordinating with legal, procurement, and security teams.
Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, including integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — equally comfortable in strategic discussions with CMOs and tactical sessions with end users.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and account planning tools.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for driving customer success and revenue growth.
Curiosity about AI innovation and excitement about helping global brands transform how they create and communicate.

The expected OTE for this role is $250,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
