We are looking for a commercially driven Enterprise Account Manager to support Sidetrade's continued growth across our enterprise client base. You will play a critical role in retaining and expanding revenue within a portfolio of large, multinational accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to Finance and Order-to-Cash leaders across EMEA and beyond.

Requirements

What you will do:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving net revenue retention and expansion ARR targets across Sidetrade's Order-to-Cash platform.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full product suite, including cash collection, CashApps, Augmented Invoice, and Aimie agentic AI modules.
  • Build and execute tailored account plans that connect Sidetrade's roadmap to each customer's business outcomes and strategic priorities.
  • Own the full renewal and expansion cycle — from discovery to commercial negotiation and contract execution.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with CFOs, VPs of Finance, and O2C Directors to demonstrate ROI and identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure strong product adoption, smooth delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, contributing to accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights that shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

What you will bring:

  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS account management or sales experience, ideally within enterprise or mid-market segments.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue retention and expansion targets.
  • Experience in FinTech, ERP, Finance Automation, or adjacent enterprise software markets — familiarity with Order-to-Cash or Accounts Receivable processes is a strong plus.
  • Executive presence and confidence engaging with C-suite stakeholders, including CFOs and Finance Directors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring and closing multi-year SaaS contracts.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • A collaborative, customer-first mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
