About the role


We’re looking for a motivated Enterprise Client Success Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for driving product adoption, retention, and growth by delivering high levels of business value, and cultivating deep customer relationships. The ideal candidate for this role is open to lending a hand in a number of facets of the business. Additional projects may include but will not be limited to addressing support requests from clients, creating and updating Help Center resources, and maintaining inbound chat inquiries from active users. Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate new client implementation, thoroughly understanding each account’s pain points & use-case with a custom approach to see to their success
  • Provide proactive and consultative client support throughout the duration of the client engagement
  • Identify & add-on upsells to some of FINTRX’s largest clients
  • Drive revenue growth for the company
  • Work with a strong sense of urgency to meet and exceed daily/monthly KPIs and document interactions with clients
  • Providing additional resources for our client base: including our Knowledge Center, webinars, tutorial videos and other mediums.
  • Maintain up to date and accurate CRM activity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance and/or Economics
  • 4+ years of experience as a customer success manager within a SaaS, Fintech or Financial services company required
  • Experience within the financial industry strongly preferred
  • Scrappy, resourceful and a creative problem solver when discovering the business needs of the customer and understanding how FINTRX plugs into the bigger picture
  • Proficiency in excel, Gsuite, and other related software
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Proven Leadership Experience -- a leader, a builder, a visionary
  • Excellent written and verb and communication skills
  • Candidate must be able to work EST business hours
