Salary Range: $160–220k

About the Role

As an Enterprise Product Manager at Jump, you’ll lead the product strategy and execution for our largest enterprise customers—major broker-dealers, financial institutions, and wirehouses. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and customer teams to ensure Jump is not only enterprise-ready, but enterprise-loved. You’ll define and deliver features that meet the complex requirements of large institutions while maintaining Jump’s speed, simplicity, and elegance.

  • Deeply understand the workflows, compliance structures, and integration needs of enterprise firms.

  • Define and prioritize enterprise features that strengthen Jump’s positioning and drive adoption across large organizations.

  • Partner with sales, implementation, and customer success teams to translate enterprise feedback into clear, prioritized product requirements.

  • Manage enterprise integrations (CRM, planning, compliance, data systems) to ensure secure, scalable performance.

  • Drive execution from pilot to rollout—balancing speed with enterprise-grade reliability and predictability.

  • Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work.

About You

You’re a world-class product manager with experience building for enterprise users in fast-moving SaaS environments. You thrive on complexity and clarity—able to turn ambiguous customer needs into elegant, scalable solutions.

  • You love talking with enterprise customers and deeply understand how large financial institutions operate.

  • You take 100% responsibility; passing blame is completely contrary to your character.

  • You’re as comfortable discussing APIs and data flows as you are mapping user workflows across thousands of advisors.

  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills and can navigate the needs of IT, compliance, and business leadership simultaneously.

  • You understand what it means to work at an early-stage tech company and are energized by the opportunity to build structure where it doesn’t yet exist.

  • You avoid meetings whenever possible (recognizing it’s not always possible).

  • Your past managers have been devastated to lose you to your next thing—but you have such a strong relationship that they completely supported you anyway.

What You’ve Done

  • Successfully launched and scaled products for enterprise customers, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or workflow automation.

  • Managed integrations and compliance-heavy requirements within enterprise environments.

  • Partnered closely with go-to-market teams to win and expand large enterprise deals.

  • Continued a track record of success for 5–10 years in product management or adjacent roles.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
