About the Role

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to drive new logo acquisition, customer expansion, and revenue growth objectives for our MediaRadar product line. This pivotal role requires executing strategies to meet targets within assigned territories and accounts, and collaborating with client facing teams to meet client expectations of our solutions. The Sales Director will be responsible for hitting annual targets, cultivating client relationships, and understanding customer trends to enhance our solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and account objectives.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of how to navigate complex organizations, differentiate LOB stakeholder needs, and think strategically about how to build a comprehensive sales strategy to sell across large enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to expand the customer base.
  • Prospect and nurture pipeline within assigned accounts and territory, encompassing both new and existing clients.
  • Foster enduring customer relationships, partnering with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Stay abreast of category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Present and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite levels.
  • Drive the sales process from planning to closure, articulating the unique aspects of our products and services, and positioning them against competitors.

Requirements

What You’ve Done:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success selling Software (SaaS) and/or data information service solutions, with a strong background in Advertising & Media or a closely related field. 
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in an individual contributor, quota carrying selling role, consistently meeting or exceeding annual goals.
  • Proven track record of prospecting new clients or expanding within existing clients at senior levels of organizations.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process, including pipeline management and forecasting, and a commitment to strong sales hygiene. 
  • Experience negotiating and renewing strategic/high-revenue impact partnerships.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives (Directors, VPs, C-Suite).
  • Proven experience as a sales 'hunter,' adept at driving strategic sales cycles and closing business within assigned territory.
  • Experience selling into the entertainment sector is a plus.
