About the Role:

You’ll act as a primary point of contact for Netomi, directly interacting with key stakeholders, facilitating conversations, and helping build strategy on how best to move opportunities through the funnel. We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help close our largest enterprise prospects. This person will closely work with the CEO, Chief of Staff and the leadership team to facilitate the end-to-end sales process for our highest value and most strategic accounts. These accounts generally entail C-Level involvement and require an atypical amount of time, care, and attention. The right candidate will be someone with keen attention to detail who’s highly organized and has the ability to concurrently manage several long and complex sales cycles/conversations.

Responsibilities:

  • Find, grow, de-risk and close large $300,000+ ARR opportunities with the largest brands in the world
  • Work to close an existing pipeline of high-value accounts while providing regular updates to Sr. Leadership and strategic partners
  • Assist with strategic content creation (one-pagers, slide decks, etc.) where needed to demonstrate Netomi’s value based specifically on the needs of each account
  • Coordinate with customers’ working teams, stakeholders, and/or procurement to maintain momentum in active conversations and drive opportunities through the funnel with consistent follow up and execution of requested/required deliverables
  • Lead the presentation of custom product demos
  • Work cross-functionally to help manage the implementation of customer pilots and POCs
  • Collaborate across departments to create and deliver on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting sales, or strategic account management
  • Experience managing enterprise-level sales processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with AI generally or conversational AI specifically (preferred)
  • Experience with customer service platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys, etc.) (preferred)

The right person for this role should be able to:

  • Execute on tasks and projects with minimal direction
  • Maintain a consistent high level of performance in an environment where constant context switching is needed
  • Effectively manage several concurrent deliverables and deadlines

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
