- Possessing6+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis, Reporting or other Analytic role(s);
- Possessing 3+ years using data analysis tools to extract and summarize large datasets using data aggregation and cloud technologies;
- Possessing 2+ years managing teams and/or in a leadership role;
- Possessing knowledge with Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes;
- Possessing knowledge with design of driver-based planning models;
- Possessing knowledge with integrated planning across Finance, Commercial, and Operations functions;
- Identifying of key business drivers that impact financials;
- Possessing knowledge with execution of planning transformation programs, and global cost transformation programs; and,
- Possessing knowledge with Design and rationalization of management reporting and key KPIs/Metrics.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas and systems:
- Possessing the ability to take code and morph it into another system;
- Possessing experience with Python, PowerBI, Tableau and Alteryx;
- Possessing experience using business analytics to solve data-driven questions;
- Possessing prior management consulting experience;
- Possessing experience with Cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP; and,
- Being a self-starter, goal-oriented, and having the ability to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
