Responsibilities

  • You will function mainly as a development engineer for equipment related projects in the Pulp/Paper and Water Treatment business.

  • You will be developing and designing new equipment offerings to fit new commercial efforts with collaboration from commercial teams, equipment vendors and the Solenis Launch team.

  • This includes the ideation, design, drawing/manual development and construction oversight of brand new to market equipment offerings.

  • You will be the primary contact on new equipment design projects to ensure they meet commercial needs as well as ready to hand over to the equipment launch team upon completion.

  • You will be measured in on time delivery of projects within defined budget and operating parameters while maintaining Solenis’ strict safety protocols established for its branded equipment lines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering Field (Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering).

  • You have 8+ years of industry experience in Engineering Product Development.

  • You have strong project management experience.

  • You can learn new concepts/technology and applying them.

  • You have experience in CAD or other relevant drawing programs.

  • Ability to travel 30-40%

The expected compensation range for this position is between $107,500.00 and $157,663.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
