Job Description

Resumo da Posição: Buscamos um Especialista em Banco de Dados com perfil técnico para assumir a vaga de suporte e arquitetura de ambientes de missão crítica (24x7). O foco desta posição é a administração, resiliência e o troubleshooting de clusters Microsoft SQL Server 2022 em ambiente On-Premises. Este profissional será o responsável pela resolução de incidentes de infraestrutura de dados, garantindo a alta disponibilidade (HA) e o desempenho exigido por nossos clientes.
 

Responsabilidades Principais:

  • Alta Disponibilidade (HA) e Infraestrutura: Administrar, monitorar e manter a saúde de clusters físicos utilizando SQL Server Always On Availability Groups e Windows Server Failover Cluster (WSFC).

  • Troubleshooting: Investigar incidentes críticos de indisponibilidade e performance. Analisar Errorlogs, arquivos de despejo de memória (Memory Dumps/SQLDump), Extended Events e Query Store para identificar causas raiz (incluindo falhas de ponteiros, memory leaks e bugs no motor do banco).

  • Gestão de SO e Hardware: Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de Infraestrutura e Redes para otimizar o sistema operacional (Windows Server 2019/2022), gerenciar configurações de Quorum (Cluster) e definir padrões de Storage/I/O (latência, IOPS, formatação de blocos de 64KB).

  • Manutenção Preventiva e Patching: Homologar, planejar e aplicar Atualizações Cumulativas (CUs), Service Packs e Hotfixes oficiais da Microsoft com estratégia de impacto zero.

  • Performance Tuning: Otimizar consultas avançadas (T-SQL), analisar planos de execução e monitorar Wait Statistics para mitigar gargalos de CPU, memória e disco.

  • Documentação e RCA: Elaborar relatórios técnicos executivos de Root Cause Analysis (RCA) após incidentes severos.


Basic Requirements

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

  • Experiência Comprovada: Sólida vivência como DBA Especialista gerenciando instâncias SQL Server de grande porte com foco nas versões mais recentes (especialmente 2019 e 2022).

  • Domínio de Ambiente Local (On-Premises): Profundo conhecimento da arquitetura física do SQL Server e sua interação direta com o Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, permissões, políticas locais).

  • Suporte: Capacidade de atuar durante incidentes de indisponibilidade total (System Down), realizando failovers seguros e sem perda de dados.

  • Idioma: Inglês - Nível Técnico/Avançado para leitura de documentação oficial, elaboração de RCAs e interação com o time suporte.

Formação Acadêmica:

  • Graduação (Obrigatória): Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas de Tecnologia.

  • Desejável: Pós-graduação ou Especialização em Arquitetura de Infraestrutura, Engenharia de Dados ou Administração de Banco de Dados.

Certificações Desejáveis:

  • Certificações: MCSE (Data Management and Analytics) ou MCSA (SQL 2016 Database Administration), Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300) e/ou Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 e AZ-801).
