Bath Planet is a nationally recognized home remodeling company specializing in high-quality bathroom solutions. Our Seattle location proudly serves homeowners across Western Washington, delivering bathroom remodels that combine style, functionality, and value.

We are actively building a high-performing Event Marketing Department to represent our brand at trade shows, festivals, and home improvement events. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will directly contribute to results and team success.

Position Overview

We are seeking a top-performing Events Coordinator to lead and grow our event marketing efforts across Western Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for booking events, managing a team, generating leads, and working events in-person.

This position requires a leader who will own the full event lifecycle—from securing opportunities to executing successful events and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book and secure weekly events and shows across your assigned territory
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for you and your team
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators
  • Ensure booths are properly set up, staffed, and broken down at every event
  • Actively work events, engage customers, and generate qualified leads
  • Drive lead generation that directly impacts sales and revenue
  • Monitor inventory, productivity, labor, and budgets on a weekly basis
  • Set and track performance goals for each event, week, and month
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Background in customer-facing roles (B2C marketing, retail, sales, or events)
  • Experience with recruiting and hiring preferred
  • Highly outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and representing the brand in person
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods at events
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and administrative tasks
  • Must be available to work every weekend
Preferred Experience
  • Event marketing, trade shows, home shows, or promotional marketing experience strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Pay: $800–$1,200 per week
