EverHealth is seeking a results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline generation, customer engagement, and customer acquisition across inbound, outbound, partner, channel, and customer marketing initiatives. This role will drive the execution and optimization of integrated growth campaigns that support revenue goals across our EverHealth B2B SaaS healthcare portfolio. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly collaborative, AI-forward, and experienced executing cross-functional programs that connect digital performance marketing, sales alignment, partner activation, and lifecycle conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop partner and channel marketing programs that amplify co-marketing efforts, partner campaigns, webinars, marketplace placements, events, and joint demand generation initiatives.

  • Identify partner-driven growth opportunities, campaign priorities, target audiences, activation strategies, and scalable marketing motions across the partner ecosystem.

  • Create scalable partner marketing playbooks, campaign frameworks, execution processes, and repeatable GTM strategies that support long-term partner growth.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns across paid media, email nurture, webinars, SEO/AIO initiatives and retargeting channels.

  • Support outbound marketing initiatives including audience segmentation, list strategy, campaign planning, sales cadences, and SDR/sales alignment.

  • Optimize full-funnel user journeys including landing pages, forms, CTAs, nurture flows, and conversion experiences to improve lead quality and pipeline velocity.

  • Manage campaign testing strategies across messaging, targeting, creative, and conversion paths to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.

  • Analyze campaign, attribution, funnel, and engagement performance data to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable insights.

  • Support AI-first marketing initiatives including AI search visibility, content discoverability, AI-generated lead tracking, and evolving buyer journey strategies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Brand & Creative, Customer Success, and Product teams to align GTM initiatives.

  • Maintain strong project management discipline across campaign execution, timelines, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years in marketing with demonstrated experience in similar role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline

  • Experience in Healthcare tech or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience working with partner/channel marketing programs and sales-aligned growth initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound acquisition strategies, campaign orchestration, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization.

  • Experience leveraging attribution, CRM, and reporting tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

  • AI-forward mindset with curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and apply new technologies across marketing workflows and business operations.

Where: 

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
