The Revenue Programs & Sales Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the revenue organization through process optimization, analytics, forecasting discipline, systems management, and cross-functional program execution. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve revenue performance, reduce revenue leakage, increase visibility, and create scalable operational processes.

The ideal candidate has experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, with strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience with Salesforce CRM, forecasting methodologies, reporting, and operational process improvement is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize revenue-impacting workflows across the organization

  • Improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen pipeline management rigor

  • Drive operational efficiency across the quote-to-cash lifecycle

  • Oversee CRM administration and sales process management within Salesforce

  • Lead strategic operational initiatives aligned with company growth objectives

  • Develop executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards to support business decisions

  • Establish and maintain process governance and operational best practices

  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities

  • Identify and implement automation, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field

  • Strong experience managing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

  • Proven experience supporting quote-to-cash processes, pipeline management, and forecasting operations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience building executive reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworks

  • Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement operational improvements and automation solutions

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue workflows, and operational best practices

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization

  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms is preferred

  • Familiarity with revenue forecasting methodologies and pipeline analytics preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or a related field preferred

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams across multiple regions. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require occasional travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations within the United States.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 + annual bonus per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
