3. Summary of the opportunity
- Client Overview: We are hiring for a global technology company based in Redmond, WA.
- Role Summary: As a Mid-Level Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Commerce Customer Enablement and contribute to the team's success in the Redmond office. This role offers the opportunity to work in a brand-new space alongside a collaborative team.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Manage and maintain a complex calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and organization
- Make decisions on behalf of LT/Leadership members to prioritize meeting requests
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics of team meetings, events, and offsites
- Provide team support, including budget management, headcount management, morale events, and DL management
- Track budgets and expenses in a compliant and timely manner
- Manage space coordination with guidance from the Lead Executive Administrator
- Exhibit self-motivation, effective communication, and professionalism at all times
- Work independently and adapt to a fluctuating work environment

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - Minimum 5+ years of experience in calendar management
  - Minimum 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  - Minimum 5+ years of experience working with executives
 
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - Previous experience with Microsoft
  - Previous experience in an administrative role
