- Client Overview: Our client, Global Treasury Financial Services (GTFS) at Microsoft, is seeking a Business Administrator who can provide high-level administrative support and contribute to the effectiveness and productivity of the organization.
- Role Summary: As a Business Administrator, you will work directly with Microsoft's strategic customers and partners, while supporting one General Manager and two Senior Directors. Your role will involve calendar management, cross-functional collaboration, team management support, event coordination, resource management, and travel management.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Calendar Management: Strategically manage calendars and time planning for the General Manager and Senior Directors, including meeting preparation and logistics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Strengthen networks internally and externally, provide insights, and distribute information to teams and leaders.
- Team Management Support: Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition, facilitate recruitment efforts, manage onboarding/offboarding processes, and update distribution groups.
- Event Coordination and Logistics: Organize team events, assist with planning and execution of off-sites and summits, and manage event outcomes and schedules.
- Resource Management: Own expense management, supply management, purchase/expense management, and financial management.
- Travel Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, create itineraries, and manage travel logistics.

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience.
- Experience in scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience serving as a mentor to others.
- 2+ years of experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets.
