What You’ll Do:

We are growing our team and looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer.  The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented, resilient, with exceptional judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving, hyper-growth environment. This role supports an executive operating across time zones, customers, and global teams. The Executive Assistant to the CRO will support and enable the Global Field organization to operate efficiently and at scale. You will manage complex priorities, anticipate business needs, and build structure around a fast-paced executive calendar.  This role is execution-heavy and requires strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple logistics simultaneously. This role requires strong integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential and business-critical information. You will be expected to operate with urgency, make sound decisions independently, and proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the Global Field team. The ability to complete complex tasks with minimal guidance while maintaining composure and flexibility is essential. About the role:

As Executive Assistant to the CRO, you will provide direct, seamless support, ensuring the day-to-day operations of the Global Field organization run smoothly. You will manage a dynamic calendar across multiple time zones, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare executive materials, and support key strategic meetings and initiatives. This role requires strong business acumen, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and the judgment to act quickly.

Who You Are: 

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior or C-level executives, ideally within revenue, sales, in hyper-growth environments.
  • Manage complex executive calendaring across global time zones, travel logistics, expenses, and executive engagements with strong prioritization and judgment.
  • Track key deliverables, drive follow-through on action items, and support cross-functional initiatives in partnership with other Executive Assistants and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to stay organized and detail-oriented while operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment, paired with excellent communication and a strong level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools. 
  • This role will require flexibility and responsiveness, including working outside of traditional business hours when needed to support global time zones, customer engagements, earnings cycles, or priority initiatives.
  • This role requires travel up to 10%. 
  • This role is based in Bellevue, candidates must be currently based in the Bellevue area to be considered.

  • Experience supporting a CRO or Sales leadership team in a hyper-growth or fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
