We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, strong communication, and effective time management for executives in a fast-paced environment.
As part of the Luna Joy team, you will play an essential role in directly contributing to supporting the mental health journey of one million women with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. - Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up action items
- Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Track priorities, deadlines, and ongoing projects to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
- Improve workflows and administrative processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working with senior leadership
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.

Onboarding & Training: Once the offer is accepted, the onboarding process begins. You will be guided through setting up tools, learning about Luna Joy’s systems and workflows, and engaging in any role-specific training.
