This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to report to our Executive Operations Manager and serve as a trusted partner to our Co-Founder & President and CFO. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with two of Nourish's senior leaders, take ownership of meaningful projects, and grow alongside the business as we scale.
This role goes beyond traditional executive support. You'll build strong relationships with both executives, understand their priorities and working styles, and help them make the most of their time. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and meetings, track important follow-ups, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll also have the opportunity to extend your impact to the teams they lead, helping move projects forward, improving how work gets done, and taking on new responsibilities based on your strengths and interests.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and excited to take ownership. You'll be equally comfortable managing day-to-day details and jumping into larger projects, with the judgment to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. As part of our Executive Operations team, you'll also help build better systems, explore ways to use AI and automation, and create more effective ways of supporting our leaders as Nourish scales.
Location and in-office expectations: NYC-based role with an expectation of working in the office 4-5 days per week. Occasional travel is expected for offsites and company events.
