Who we are About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Global Executive Marketing team creates experiences for the executive audience that build advocacy and trust, strengthen relationships, and generate revenue. We understand the executive audience and create content and experiences to programmatically reach them, ultimately helping Stripe attract, grow, and retain our most strategic users. The team is composed of three functional groups—Executive Briefings, Executive Programs, and Executive Content—that work together to help users learn more about Stripe and discover new areas for collaboration.

What you’ll do

As a member of the Executive Content team, you will work in partnership with Executive Briefing Managers and several cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Stripe executive leadership, and more) to develop executive-facing briefing materials that educate and inspire existing and prospective customers and position Stripe as the leading partner for financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  •  Curate account-specific insights and research and translate that into tailored presentation content for a range of industries, business models, and geographies
  • Proactively partner with Stripe leaders and cross functional teams to create and repurpose narratives and visual content for executive briefings that ultimately help accelerate account momentum and build trust in Stripe as a partner
  • Develop bespoke content—in tight alignment with Stripe’s brand—that communicates Stripe’s solutions and tells compelling narratives to executive buyers across Stripe’s global briefing centers
  • Regularly gather feedback from the EBC team to refine and adapt the content strategy, ensuring the EBC's offerings remain compelling and effective in conveying Stripe’s value proposition
  • Present regularly on content resonance and learnings to key stakeholders
  • Continually measure, monitor and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to leverage and scale initiatives across executive engagement program

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

  • 7-10 years of account planning or account strategy experience
  • Strong storytelling or pitch deck creation skills and ability to translate business objectives into solution-oriented recommendations
  • Experience synthesizing multiple sources of information into thoughtful narratives and content for specific products, solutions, industries, and/or audiences
  • Experience with complex technical products
  • Ability to write effective copy is a necessity; graphic design capabilities are a plus
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to produce user-centric content
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills
  • Strong project- and stakeholder-management skills  and ability to deliver in tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications

  •  Previous background in executive briefing or sales enablement roles
  • Experience in visual storytelling for assets such as presentations, videos, blogs, and/or webpages
  • Experience managing a creative agency

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
