  • Proven ghostwriting chops; you can write in someone else’s voice and make it feel natural

  • Strong editorial instincts — you know what earns attention on LinkedIn and what gets ignored

  • Experience managing executive relationships with professionalism and discretion

  • Ability to synthesize complex topics — product, financials, strategy — into clear, human narratives

  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple executives, channels, and deadlines independently

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with PR, marketing, and executives

Additional skills:

  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or restaurant/hospitality tech is a plus, but not required

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and organic growth levers is a plus, but not required

  • Light design skills (Canva is sufficient) is a plus, but not required

Executive Communications

  • Build monthly content themes tied to company priorities, product moments, and market narrative

  • Lead social and content strategy for PAR’s executives across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

  • Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, POV pieces, event commentary, intro content, and reactive posts that authentically reflect each executive’s voice

  • Mine internal meetings, interviews, earnings calls, and briefings for content opportunities

  • Manage a lightweight exec content calendar with a consistent publishing cadence

  • Coordinate review and approval workflows with each executive, their chief of staff, or admin

  • Repurpose PR moments, events, product launches, earnings, and speaking appearances into executive content

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business priorities, audience segments, and brand voice

  • Build and maintain a monthly content calendar that integrates executive content, product news, culture, and customer stories

  • Track and report on channel performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) and optimize accordingly

  • Coordinate with demand gen, product marketing, and PR to ensure social reflects key moments and campaigns

  • Manage community engagement — responding to comments, mentions, and brand interactions in a timely, on-brand way

Interview Process:

  • Interview #1: Video Screen with Talent Acquisition Team

  • Interview #2: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams)

  • Interview #3: Video interview with the Team (via MS Teams)

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
