Job Description SummaryAs the Executive of Digital Workplace Technology Services within the Shared Technology Services organization, you will lead a global, multidisciplinary team responsible for driving strategy, execution, and operational excellence across Product Management, Software & Architecture, Platform and Assets, and Service Delivery Operations. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology ecosystem that supports the company’s global workplace experience, ensuring alignment with business priorities, delivering innovative solutions, and enhancing employee experience across the enterprise. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and a proven ability to manage complex portfolios in a matrixed organization.

Essential Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: 

  • Define and execute a customer-focused strategy for the Digital Workplace Services portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company’s global priorities and business objectives. 

  • Establish the mission, vision, and long-term objectives for the portfolio, including individual product lines and services. 

  • Research industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and investment that deliver best-in-class solutions. 

Portfolio Management: 

  • Own the operational plans, financial forecasts, and roadmaps for the portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. 

  • Lead vendor and supplier negotiations to optimize investments and align with technology roadmaps. 

  • Develop and maintain KPIs and metrics to assess product and service performance, incorporating customer feedback loops. 

Product & Program Management: 

  • Implement standardized processes for product lifecycle management, including requirements intake, prioritization, design, build, operationalization, and adoption. 

  • Build a robust program management structure to ensure seamless execution of product delivery across the organization. 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive roadmaps and strategies for the portfolio. 

Operational Excellence: 

  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to establish production support models, escalation paths, and entry points for service delivery. 

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) principles, with safety as the top priority. 

Executive Leadership: 

  • Represent the Workplace Technology Services portfolio in senior leadership forums, providing regular updates on strategy, performance, and opportunities for growth. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insights and recommendations on technology investments and priorities. 

  • Drive organizational alignment and collaboration across business units to ensure the portfolio delivers maximum value to the enterprise. 

Team Leadership: 

  • Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Product and Program Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

  • Define skills and competencies required for the team to meet current and future business needs. 

  • Serve as a mentor and role model for leadership excellence across the organization. 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 12 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 15 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 17 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 9 years of professional experience in a variety of IT functional and leadership roles
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with relevant digital workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange, Intune, Tanium, JAMF, MobileIron, Box, Zoom, Telepresence )
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a People Leader
  • Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.  We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

  • Deep understanding of product strategy, lifecycle management, and emerging technologies.
