- Ensures accurate and timely client invoicing and provides critical data for revenue and cost of services reporting.
- Manages the development of business strategy to attempt to control potential credit losses and works with leadership to execute the business strategy.
- Ensures FreeWheel is adequately protected against credit loss as it expands relationships with Agency Hold Co and Independent Agency clients.
- Analyzes credit exposure (aging) reports and provides forecasts related to bad debt and write-offs.
- Ensures compliance to all Federal, State and Country level invoicing, tax and reporting requirements.
- Leads FreeWheel response to international tax and statutory audits.
- Manages international cash movement among subsidiaries in accordance with Comcast policies and objectives.
- Manages transfer pricing agreements among legal entities.
- Owns global financial controls and governance, ensuring compliance with SOX, Comcast internal control standards, and enterprise risk management requirements.
- Oversees usage of outside collection agencies.
- Manages and motivates a global team, overseeing career growth and maximizing performance.
