The Executive Producer will lead complex projects in brand strategy and digital campaigns, overseeing client relationships, project health, and operational processes, ensuring collaborative and strategic execution across teams.

We’re looking for an Executive Producer (contract) who thrives in complexity and can confidently lead a wide range of integrated work — from brand strategy initiatives and large-scale website builds to social and campaign execution. This is a highly visible leadership role supporting two priority initiatives, requiring someone who can seamlessly shift between strategic thinking, operational oversight, and hands-on project leadership.
This person will initially operate as the primary production lead across projects while helping establish the foundation for future team growth and scale.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex, multidisciplinary initiatives from kickoff through delivery across brand, digital, and campaign work
- Serve as the day-to-day senior client partner, navigating tough conversations with confidence, tact, and emotional intelligence
- Own project intake, staffing coordination, timelines, scopes, budgets, and overall delivery health
- Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Writing, and Technology leads to align teams and drive work forward
- Balance strategic thinking with practical execution, ensuring teams stay focused, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps while creating clear paths forward
- Lead internal and external status conversations, project planning, forecasting, and prioritization efforts
- Roll up your sleeves as an individual contributor while the work and team continue to scale
- Help shape production approaches and operational processes that support long-term client growth and delivery excellence
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience leading complex digital, brand, marketing, or integrated production engagements
- Experience overseeing diverse deliverables including brand strategy, website development/builds, campaigns, and social initiatives
- Strong operational leadership across budgeting, forecasting, staffing, intake, and project planning
- Excellent client partnership skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, pressure, and difficult conversations thoughtfully
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, writing, and technology disciplines
- Ability to translate between disciplines while keeping teams aligned around shared goals
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience managing retainers or ongoing client relationships is a strong plus
- Comfortable stepping into both leadership and hands-on production responsibilities as needed
- Practices Creative Intelligence by staying curious about emerging tools and technologies (including AI) and applying sound judgment about when and how they should inform the work. Continuously learns and experiments while keeping human needs, craft, and responsibility at the center.
Pay Range
- The expected pay range for this position is $78-100/hr on a W2. Compensation is determined by location, experience, and skillset. We have three regional pay ranges that are adjusted for cost of living (US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base), *learn more about our pay philosophy and cost of living adjustments.
