Bad Robot Games is looking for an Executive Producer who is project management-oriented and can lead teams to successful delivery. This is an opportunity to join us and have an impact on our current internal title.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Foster strong communication channels to ensure the consistent and timely exchange of information and materials among all relevant parties
- Drive the timely delivery of our builds for multiple scenarios throughout our production schedule
- Own the schedule for the game, coordinating across the internal team and external partners
- Partner with project leadership across disciplines to deliver great content to our players
- Evaluate priorities, scope, staffing and resources; and thoughtfully adjust business strategies to react to changing requirements
- Establish multiple roadmaps for product and franchise that takes into account the games launch as well as running successful post launch services and events
- Champion and manage the professional development of the production team and the project you are supporting directly
- Mitigate risks and take ownership of any unforeseen events as they arise
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience driving products remotely
- Proven ability to lead teams that ship
- Deep knowledge of production best practices and thoughtful perspectives on different ways to organize and run game development teams
- 5+ years of experience working as a Project Lead or above leading game development teams in the full cycle of production from Pre-Production to release.
- Experience with monitoring of the product and informing necessary changes to the game & experience with, and ability to use, in-game trends (using data insights)
- Strong communication and writing skills, with experience preparing and presenting decks to partners
- Experience in obtaining insights and developing strategies through metrics-driven analysis and design experimentation
- Strong sense of product management tool sets that can facilitate communication across many departments or teams, along with solid organizational skills and highly efficient time management. Bonus if you are comfortable with Jira, Notion, Miro, Slack, and Discord
BONUSES
- Experience working on live service games and/or online multiplayer game development
- Experience using metrics and KPIs to set production success goals
- Experience working with development teams using Unreal 5.X
- Active Gamer with a general love of games and proficiency with multiplayer first/third-person shooters
Annual Salary Range: $200,000 - $215,000
