We're seeking a motivated and energetic Exercise Trainer to design and lead fitness programs for individuals or groups. You'll help clients achieve their fitness goals and improve overall health and wellness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Design: Design and implement exercise programs tailored to clients' needs and goals.

2. Group Fitness: Lead group fitness classes, such as aerobics, strength training, or yoga.

3. One-on-One Training: Provide personalized training sessions to clients.

4. Client Assessment: Assess clients' fitness levels and track progress.

5. Motivation: Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals.

 

Work Areas:

1. Gyms and Fitness Centers: Work in gyms, fitness centers, or health clubs.

2. Private Practice: Work in private practice, offering personal training services.

3. Community Centers: Work in community centers, leading group fitness classes.

4. Corporate Wellness: Work in corporate wellness, designing and leading fitness programs for employees.
