F5 Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience encompassing network, F5 products, and security infrastructure.
• 2 years of experience working with BIG IP-LTM
• Active DoD TS/SCI with FULL SCOPE POLY
• Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills, ability to work in a team and work independently.
• IAT Level II preferred
• F5 Certification preferred

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?

As an F5 Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting our customer with developing their F5 solution.

Location:  Remote - Nationwide with travel to San Francisco, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in the development and support of customer technical requirements
• Assist with architecting our customer’s F5 solution.
• Implement and operate F5 products such as BIG IP-LTM, ASM, BIG-IQ, and APM
• Provide clear technical documentation and written procedures for issues identified and addressed
• Propose and implement system enhancements that improve the performance and reliability of the F5 infrastructure
• Support troubleshooting activities within the infrastructure
• Collaborates with different technology towers to achieve common goals
