Summary

The FAS Invoice Pay Analyst will partner with the FAS Invoice Pay Lead for successful & efficient day-to-day Invoice Pay Operations. The role of the FAS Invoice Pay Clerk requires a positive attitude and the ability to judge/anticipate the needs of the customer. The FAS Invoice Pay Analyst will help the customer with daily transactions, making SUA payments, and performing supplier enrichments for campaigns. The FAS Invoice Pay Clerk will be focused on driving and ensuring customer satisfaction post-hyper care/ campaign.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily payment processing for IP and fulfillment
  • Send Weekly/ Monthly recon files
  • Campaign Enrichment
  • Cross Account Supplier Review for SUA
  • Supplier error case management
  • Post-hyper-care supplier sync support, EWS Verification support, and SUA supplier enrollment
  • Stop Check/ payment reissue
  • Make web/ phone/ portal payments
  • SUA Monitoring in CSI
  • Return payment support
  • Fulfillment case monitoring and support
  • Have an understanding of settlement monitoring reports and be able to use them for day-to-day operations
  • Have an understanding of payment monitoring reports and be able to use them for day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma – some college preferred
  • Accounts Payable experience (or other accounting/ financials experience) - preferred

  • OCR knowledge - preferred
