With Navina, physicians experience less burnout, reduce missed diagnoses, and can devote more time giving better care to their patients.

Navina has been named one of the Top 100 AI companies globally by CB Insights and made the list of the Top 50 Digital Health startups. We are already working with industry-leading value-based organizations, including Privia Health and Agilon.

We are looking for a contract Field Marketing Coordinator to own the logistics and execution of our in-person events. You will work closely with the field marketing team, vendors, and partners, as well as on-site GTM teams across sales, marketing, and product. This is a logistics-first, execution-heavy role. You’ll step into an existing event infrastructure and help run multiple shows simultaneously — coordinating suppliers, managing inventory, tracking expenses, and ensuring every detail is handled before, during, and after each event. There is also the option to travel on-site to support execution when needed.

What Success Looks Like

  • Booth displays and materials arrive on time and are fully set up before each event
  • On-site teams know exactly what inventory is available and where it lives
  • Vendors and suppliers are coordinated smoothly, with budgets tracked accurately
  • Event materials are returned to their designated storage locations and ready for the next show
  • Multiple events run in parallel without details slipping through the cracks
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience managing logistics, vendors, and timelines across multiple projects
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Monday, and Slack (preferred)
  • Clear, proactive, and reliable communication skills

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
