About Kodif

Kodif is a venture-backed AI startup helping leading eCommerce brands like Dollar Shave Club, Liquid I.V. (Unilever), and NomNom (Mars) transform customer support from a cost center into a growth driver. Our action-first AI platform enables CX teams to build intelligent automation across any digital channel—reducing ticket volume, improving resolution speed and accuracy, and unlocking new revenue and retention opportunities through personalized customer journeys.

Kodif's modular framework includes:

  • AI Agents that take real action

  • AI Analysts that learn and adapt

  • AI Managers that surface trends and optimize workflows

Weʼre backed by top funds including Village Global (backed by Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, and Reid Hoffman) and Bling Capital, and we have repeat founders with backgrounds at Uber, Stanford GSB, and Plug & Play.

Position Overview

Weʼre hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead high-impact field marketing and partner-led experiences that bring Kodifʼs brand and community to life. Youʼll be the driving force behind our presence at key industry conferences, executive dinners, and alliance events—creating moments that deepen relationships, spark pipeline, and showcase Kodifʼs action-first AI in action.
Youʼre a detail-obsessed operator who thrives on both the strategic and the scrappy: from designing immersive experiences and managing logistics to coordinating with sales, partners, and vendors. Youʼre proactive, fast-moving, and know how to turn a dinner into a deal. This is a foundational marketing role that will shape how Kodif shows up in the world and how we activate our growing GTM ecosystem.
Responsibilities

  • Own planning and execution for industry events, trade shows, and hosted executive dinners (2-3 per month)

  • Foster community engagement by cultivating relationships with CX leaders, partners, and advocates—building a network around Kodifʼs mission through in-person and digital touchpoints

  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Success to execute co-hosted events with key alliances, BPOs, and CX communities

  • Project manage all aspects of event production: vendor coordination, signage, swag, run-of-show, lead capture, and post-event follow-up

  • Drive pre-event execution: build invite lists, coordinate outreach, manage RSVPs, and align with Sales on target accounts

  • Manage onsite logistics and represent Kodif in person with professionalism and polish

  • Develop post-event recap reports, track ROI, and ensure smooth handoff of leads to RevOps and Sales

  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure all materials reflect Kodifʼs narrative and positioning

  • Own the event calendar and budgeting process in partnership with leadership

  • Identify new field marketing opportunities to activate Kodifʼs presence in key customer segments

Why Join Kodif

  • Category-defining product: Kodifʼs action-first AI doesnʼt just deflect—it drives real outcomes across the customer journey

  • High-growth momentum: Trusted by brands like Dollar Shave Club, NomNom, and Liquid I.V., with expanding presence in eCommerce and CX

  • Hands-on ownership: Youʼll be the first dedicated events hire—shaping how we engage our market, our partners, and our community

  • Fast-moving, mission-driven: Join a high-performing team that blends GTM, product, and customer obsession

Qualifications

  • 3years of experience in field marketing or events, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of executing executive-level events, conference sponsorships, and partner activations

  • Strong project management skills—you can juggle multiple events, timelines, and stakeholders with ease

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and comfort with logistics, contracts, and vendor negotiations

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams

  • Creative mindset and a willingness to travel (~1-2x/month, depending on event cadence)

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary at a high-growth AI startup

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • High-ownership role with room to grow as our marketing and partner programs scale

  • Collaborative team culture with frequent travel, team offsites, and meaningful impact
