At Dragos, the mission is personal. The systems we protect deliver the water you drink, power your home, and keep the hospitals your community depends on running. Those critical infrastructure systems that power our civilization around the world are under attack every day by adversaries. When those systems fail, people are immediately at risk. We are the global leader in xOT cybersecurity, combining technology, threat intelligence, and expert services. The people here chose this work because they understand what is at stake. Here, you will find a remote-first mission-driven team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC built on authenticity, transparency, and trust. If safeguarding the systems that protect your family, friends, and community is the kind of work that matters to you, you are in the right place.
About the Role:
We are hiring a Field Marketing & Operations Specialist to do two connected jobs. First, execute field demand programmes end to end: events, webinars, and target account campaigns that generate and accelerate pipeline in the region. Second, own the operational backbone behind those programmes, which today sits scattered across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Channel, competing with work only those people can do.
You will report to the Field Marketing Director, APAC, with a dotted line to the Vice President, Go-to-Market, APAC. You will be the single operational point of contact for the region, coordinating across all GTM functions. This is a role for someone who wants to grow into a full field marketing career while building the operational discipline that makes regional programmes measurable and repeatable.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver APAC field events end to end: audience recruitment and promotion, Salesforce campaign setup, logistics and materials, onsite coordination, and briefing calls against the Field Events Checklist timeline.
- Own post-event conversion: lead upload and routing, follow-up sequencing with sales and SDRs, and tracking follow-through until every lead is worked.
- Support regional webinars and sales-led events: list building, invitation sequencing, moderation support, and post-session reporting.
- Own the regional activity calendar and flag conflicts, gaps, and resourcing risk early.
- Localise global campaigns for APAC audiences and coordinate regional execution across email, digital, and partner channels.
- Support target account (ABM) programmes: build and maintain target account lists with sales and channel, run contact discovery against under-covered personas, and coordinate account-specific plays.
- Support APAC partner campaign requests and execution. Track market development funds: allocation, spend, proof of performance, and reporting back to channel.
- Maintain the integrity of APAC lead and account data in Salesforce and HubSpot: account and contact accuracy, campaign membership, and activity records. Monitor lead routing and attribution for the region and escalate breaks before they cost pipeline.
- Produce recurring regional reporting: campaign performance, follow-up completion, funnel conversion (inquiry to MQL to meeting to opportunity), deal registration status, and target account coverage.
- Support Account Executives and Solutions Architects with target account list maintenance, vertical and account research, contact discovery, and pre-meeting account briefs.
- Report marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline from regional programmes, and use the data to recommend what to repeat, fix, or stop. Administer the operational layer of APAC partner activity, including deal registration and renewal tracking.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or GTM operations. SaaS or cybersecurity experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience delivering B2B events or campaigns end to end, from audience recruitment through post-event follow-up.
- A working understanding of the demand funnel: how leads become meetings, meetings become opportunities, and where programmes leak.
- Working proficiency with a CRM and a marketing automation platform. At Dragos that means Salesforce and Salesforce marketing platforms, HubSpot, with Salesloft, Swoogo, and Allbound in the surrounding stack.
- Comfort working with data in spreadsheets: matching, deduplicating, reconciling counts, and spotting when a number is wrong.
- Strong organisational discipline and the ability to hold multiple concurrent deadlines across functional areas.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate clearly and work directly with senior sales, channel, and partner stakeholders.
- Comfort operating with autonomy across multiple time zones, and a proactive, problem-solver mindset.
- Experience in cybersecurity, industrial, or critical infrastructure sectors, preferred.
- Prior experience at a startup or growth-stage company where the role was defined as you went, preferred.
- Experience supporting a channel or partner programme and MDF administration, preferred.
Compensation:
- Salary: A$ 85,000
- Competitive Equity Package
- Comprehensive Benefits Plan
