Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our Consumer Business (Clutter) Finance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the finance function for the Consumer business, acting as a trusted financial partner to key operational and strategic stakeholders, and providing analysis that ensures financial commitments are delivered. This is a high-impact position central to Iron Mountain's growth strategy, initially across North America and followed by International expansion.

This team is dedicated to providing proactive financial guidance and driving continuous improvement in reporting and financial accuracy.

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead, develop and manage weekly performance reviews, rolling forecasts and annual budgeting, ensuring they align with MYP Targets. 
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track financial performance, profitability and operational efficiency at a market level. 
  • Serve as a key financial advisor to the leadership team, translating complex financial data into actionable insights. 
  • Challenge assumptions and provide proactive, value-adding recommendations to improve financial performance. 
  • Analyze market data, identify trends and flag financial risks and opportunities. 
  • Ensure weekly performance is translated into monthly financials. 
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization, focusing on financial accuracy and efficient reporting. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Five (5) or more years of proven experience in a finance business partnering role within a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) environment.

  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet skills, with the ability to connect financial performance to key operational drivers.

  • Proven ability to convey complex financial information clearly, build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and influence decision-making.

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred, demonstrating industry-standard financial expertise.

  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
