We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, optimize processes, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. This role combines operational finance responsibilities with strategic decision-making, making it ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Support senior management in strategic decision-making with financial data.
2. Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
3. Cash Flow & Risk Management
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial processes.
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor finance team members, ensuring professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals and compliance.
5. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
