We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts, with a focus on leveraging Power BI and Alteryx to enhance our financial planning and analysis capabilities. This role is a critical part of our FP&A team and will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making through the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for transforming the digital agenda in Canada and partnering with the category teams to make profitable business decisions. You will support FP&A function in data analysis and the automation of business and financial reporting.
Acting as a true business leader you will partner with multiple stakeholders to ensure the achievement of the strategic agenda. You will also play a leadership role in managing a very material budget.

Ability to manage through multiple deliverables, work in a highly fast-paced environment, a high level of curiosity, and a motivation to challenge the status quo.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelors or MBA. CPA not mandatory, however would be viewed favourably

This role is a critical part of our FP&A team and will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making through the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Champion the adoption of Power BI and Alteryx across the FP&A function
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide insights into key financial metrics
- You will automate and transform the reporting and capabilities within the finance function, leading the digital transformation for both category finance and FP&A.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Power BI dashboards
- Train and support team members on the use of Power BI
- Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will own data collection and verify data integrity
- Help support and lead key system implementations (S/4; o9)
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data availability and integration
- Help the senior manager and the business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions
- Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of Finance peers and drive our Finance talent agenda within the organization, with a focus on local FP&A pipeline
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets. Experience with Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Power BI is a must coupled with advanced coding ability in Microsoft excel.
- BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional/local business
- LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public company
- GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations
