We’re searching for a  Finance Business Partner to join our North American Finance team, so that we can deliver strategic financial insights that drive informed decision-making and business growth. The Finance Business Partner will own financial reporting and forecasting processes while supporting P&L leaders to ensure strong financial performance and informed planning across designated business units. 

We are open to both hybrid and remote candidates for this role. A hybrid candidate in the Chicago or Toronto area is preferred, but we will also consider remote talent for this position.

 

How You’ll Spend Your Time 

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver regular reporting and provide actionable financial recommendations 

  • Prepare and reconcile revenue, expense, and billing data to support accurate month-end reporting 

  • Analyze financial performance and variances in order to provide timely insights and drive accountability 

  • Collaborate with Accounting on key account activities to ensure accurate financial records 

  • Lead forecasting cycles and develop rolling forecasts to provide forward-looking performance insights 

 

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having 

  • Significant experience in a Finance Business Partner role within SaaS company 

  • Proven success in supporting P&L owners with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking 

  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS financial models and revenue recognition principles 

  • Ability to commute to office 50% of the month if hybrid; or travel occasionally to office if working remotely     
  • A knack for working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
