As a Finance Solutions - Digital Revenue Operations - Experienced Associate you will support Zuora Consulting efforts within our Finance practice, helping clients use Quote-to-Revenue capabilities to improve operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and ongoing support. As an Associate you will build your skills by contributing to client work, adapting to different project needs, asking questions, and taking ownership of assigned tasks while delivering dependable work that adds value to the team. Responsibilities
- Supporting Zuora Quote-to-Revenue implementation tasks across client projects
- Analyzing client finance operations and revenue processes to identify configuration needs
- Configuring and testing Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, and Zuora Revenue features
- Assisting with revenue recognition automation workflows and related system setup
- Preparing documentation for process flows, solution changes, and testing outcomes
- Responding to client questions and resolving system issues during implementation and support activities
- Gathering information from users and stakeholders to translate business needs into platform requirements
- Applying digital tooling knowledge to improve finance process efficiency and platform adoption
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Displaying Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, or Zuora Revenue familiarity
- Demonstrating revenue recognition automation and digital tooling experience

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
