Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst plays a critical supporting role within the Finance team. This position will assist with core forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling activities for the Product organization. The Financial Analyst will help prepare insights for leadership, support monthly reporting cycles, and deliver accurate and timely analysis to guide business decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. What You’ll Do
As a Financial Analyst, you will:
Support the monthly reporting cycle, including actuals vs. budget, forecast updates, and variance analysis
Assist in preparing financial summaries and presentations for internal stakeholders
Help analyze trends across expenses, headcount, and key financial metrics
Maintain and update financial models, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, including data gathering and baseline updates
Prepare ad‑hoc reports and analysis to support business partners and leadership
Support pricing analysis and basic financial modeling under the guidance of senior team members
Collaborate with the Finance team on special projects or process improvements
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
2+ years in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, modeling basics, charts/graphs)
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable creating presentations and summarizing insights in PowerPoint
Experience working cross‑functionally and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Workday, Adaptive Planning, or similar tools)
You’ll Stand Out If You Have:
Exposure to revenue analysis or SaaS/recurring revenue models
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Comfort presenting insights to business stakeholders
