  • Job Title: Financial Systems Analyst
  • Job Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and maintaining financial systems and data governance in collaboration with cross-functional teams. It involves analyzing system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and safeguarding financial data integrity while ensuring seamless integration with broader business operations. By enhancing efficiency and compliance, this position plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and organizational success.

What you’ll do 

  • Serve as a key liaison between Finance and Technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration on application, data management, and reporting needs.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to develop reliable data sources and reporting solutions that support business objectives.
  • Lead metadata management initiatives, enhancing data governance and alignment between Finance and Technology.
  • Oversee daily maintenance of finance & accounting applications, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex change requests to engineering teams as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive user documentation for finance/accounting applications, data management, and reporting tools on SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Diagnose and resolve application and data-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Work extensively with Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, FDI (Oracle Analytics), WestEnd, Tableau, Workforce Planning, SharePoint, Confluence, and other finance systems.

What you’ll bring 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related business or technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial operations, information systems, or data analytics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management and working directly with finance/accounting teams.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably Oracle Cloud EPM, ERP) and relational database concepts.
  • Solid grasp of general accounting principles and finance & accounting operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (PowerQuery), SQL, and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Databricks, Confluence, and JIRA is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $105,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year. The full range is $105,000.00 - $157,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
