Ready to be a Titan?

The Fintech Solutions team accelerates growth for SMB and Mid-Market corporate businesses by delivering innovative financial technology products that streamline financial operations, optimize payments, and provide smarter capital solutions. With deep industry expertise and a consultative, data-driven approach, the team helps customers improve efficiency, reduce friction, and unlock new opportunities for sustainable financial performance.

As a Fintech Solutions Associate, you will operate in an AE-light capacity to drive both net-new and backbook Fintech sales across ServiceTitan’s Corporate customer segments. You will own key revenue metrics—including attach rate, pipeline contribution, and attainment—while guiding customers through the value of Fintech products such as Payments, Financing, and Capital. Partnering closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Fintech Specialists, and Sales Engineers, you will identify opportunities, progress deals, conduct demos, prepare proposals, and support execution across the full sales cycle to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
What you’ll do:

  • Own a Fintech sales quota, driving attach, utilization, and revenue attainment across assigned SMB and Mid-Market Corporate accounts.

  • Prospect, qualify, and progress net-new and backbook Fintech opportunities, acting as the primary driver of early-cycle engagement.

  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to identify whitespace, uncover customer needs, and accelerate the adoption of Fintech products.

  • Conduct tailored product walkthroughs and value-based discussions that highlight how Fintech solutions streamline operations and improve cash flow.

  • Maintain Salesforce accuracy, including opportunity creation, stage updates, forecasting, and deal documentation to ensure full pipeline visibility.

  • Prepare proposals, collateral, and customer-ready materials to support deal progression and improve attach outcomes.

  • Analyze Fintech adoption, attach rates, and pipeline performance to uncover trends and guide strategic outreach.

  • Support marketing and enablement initiatives, including targeted campaigns, webinars, and nurture sequences designed to accelerate conversion.

  • Maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards, providing leadership visibility into attainment, pipeline health, and revenue growth.

What you’ll bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or SaaS sales support—preferably in a Fintech or payments environment.

  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) with the ability to manage leads, track opportunities, and produce actionable reports.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills to support multiple sellers and customers simultaneously.

  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into sales strategies.

  • Genuine interest in financial technology, digital payments, and helping businesses grow through ServiceTitan’s Fintech solutions.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
