Boeing Global Services, Training and Simulation Digital Services (T&SDS), is seeking a results-driven Technical Business Support Specialist to accelerate lifecycle support, delivery, and continuous improvement of Boeing simulator products and services. This role blends technical coordination, data stewardship, contract execution support, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure on‑time, compliant, and mission‑ready deliverables across global customers and suppliers. The Specialist will be an integral member of the Business Offerability sub‑team and will drive processes that improve product supportability, reduce risk, and increase program offerings. T&SDS supports Boeing commercial aircraft pilot training aspects.

This position is expected to be 100% on-site.  The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the Seattle, WA location.

Job Description

Establishes support requirements and definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans.  Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts.  Develop processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.  Conduct presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs.  Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate engineering data distribution, ensuring accuracy, controlled access, and compliance with export, IP, and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage delivery and export of simulator data to suppliers and external customers in accordance with contract terms.

  • Maintain and enhance reporting and data-management tools; lead automation initiatives to streamline customer requests, contract generation, and data flows.

  • Organize, deliver, and manage documentation packages provided to customers.

  • Lead integration, management, and monitoring of simulator product lifecycle support to satisfy contract requirements, schedules, and performance targets.

  • Support proposal development by collecting and validating technical data and requirements; prepare briefings and status reviews for internal stakeholders and customers.

  • Assist with migration of business aspects from home-grown system into Salesforce.  Become a focal and product owner of the new system.

  • Evaluate engineering proposals for product-support impacts and deliver actionable recommendations to reduce lifecycle risk and cost.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (GTC, Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Supplier Management, Engineering, IT).

  • Contribute to development of new product and service offerings.

  • Oversee requests for licensing contracts and manage associated administrative processes.

  • Support customer-facing activities (e.g., My Boeing Fleet), respond to technical data requests, and ensure timely, satisfactory closure.

  • Participate in technology transformation efforts, including system upgrades and controlled IP access validation.

  • Coordinate and drive resolution of non-standard customer requests to completion.  Working close with customers in new technologies and how they can be used in pilot training.

  • Advise and assist customers with My Boeing Fleet needs, delivering expert guidance and support

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 8+ years’ experience in coordinating technical data, SOW development, lifecycle/product support in aerospace or complex systems.

  • 6+ years being knowledgeable in export controls, IP protection, regulated deliveries, and compliance.

  • Familiar with engineering data management, contract tracking, and automated workflows; My Boeing Fleet and Salesforce experience is a plus.

  • Proven cross-functional collaborator with engineering, supplier management, procurement, and commercial teams.

  • Strong analytical skills: data analysis, provisioning requirements, and documentation control; expertise in data systems and integrity.

  • Excellent written/verbal communicator; skilled in proposals, technical briefings, and status reviews.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver customer-focused results on schedule.

Preferred Qualification (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Proven experience coordinating technical data, SOW development, and lifecycle/product support activities in aerospace or complex systems environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with engineering, supplier management, procurement, and commercial teams.

  • Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies.

Typical Education/ Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
