This is a remote field position based in a home office. We are flexible on your location within the Seattle or Portland markets but ask that you are within one hour of a major airport.

As a Region Sales Manager on our Foodservice sales team, you will implement sales programs to sell our products into foodservice distribution for all segments including independent restaurateurs and regional chain accounts, non-commercial, K-12 and business and industry by penetrating account opportunities across the West region. You will work with our sales agency in coordinating sales activities at the market and customer level. You will report to a Foodservice Sales Director.

Your Impact:

  • Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales goals; update and communicate progress to management.
  • Maximize the business plan sales and profit within brand strategies and guidelines.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine customer needs, measure opportunity, and propose financials for sales accounts.
  • Develop and maintain customer, distributor, and sales agency relationships while ensuring proper communication of important information.
  • Deliver sales presentations to customers, often in coordination with our sales agency.
  • Provide product training at sales agency and distributor level.
  • Maintain assigned priority accounts in Salesforce.
  • Up to 50% regional travel.

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Regional Sales Manager experience required
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, to include distributor, account and sales agency management.
  • Sales experience managing multiple product categories and customers, with in-depth knowledge in sales, trade and marketing concepts and methods.
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer relations and promotions management across multiple markets.
  • Experience interpreting and using multiple information sources (i.e. Tibersoft, Technomic) to develop strategy and tactics.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining internal and external working relationships (External - strategic customers, agency partners, distributors; Internal – Category Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, Finance).
  • Experience in trade spending management with proven fiscal responsibility.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
