Job Overview
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Trainee who will be at the forefront of integrating, deploying, and improving our AccuKnox platform. You will work hands-on with cloud software, security, networking, and AI technology, ensuring AccuKnox CNAPP performs reliably and delivers tangible value to clients and partners. This role blends software development, field deployment, and problem-solving to ensure our technology delivers real mission impact. You will provide valuable, insightful, tangible, and fact-based feedback to our Product Development and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities

Play a pivotal client facing role in the following areas:

  • Pre-sales - Demos, Proof of Concepts 

  • Deployments - Rapid, Time Boxed, Budget Boxed deployments

  • Product Management - Provide feedback to engineering, product management

  • Customer Success - Training, Transfer, Customer Satisfaction

  • Evangelism - Presentations, Demos, Blogs, Podcasts





Requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong Engineering, Hands on Software Development skills

  • B. Tech and/or MBA

  • Strong software engineering skills, with experience in: C++, Golang, Rust, Python, or similar languages

  • Design thinking, systems thinking, problem solving skills

  • Great written and verbal communication

  • Great team player, quick learner


Bonus Points

  • Contributions to Linux Foundation, CNCF projects; Speaking at these conferences 

  • Blog posts that demonstrate insight and originality and clear communication skills


Training Schedule

  • By month 1 - AWS, Azure, GCP - Cloud, Cloud Security training, certification 

  • By month 2 - Kubernetes, CKS, CKD, CKA training, certification 

  • By month 3 - AccuKnox demo, deployment

  • By month 4 - thorough knowledge of competitive products - WIZ, ORCA, Sysdig, Prisma

  • By month 5 - Demo, POC skills; shadow demo, deployments 

  • Month 6 - Lead Demos, POCs, Deployments 

Please note:

  • Trainees will be expected to spend 30 mins a day honing communication skills (written, presentation, public speaking, accent neutralization, etc.)

  • You will be expected to present to your coach/mentor every day during the training period




Benefits
Compensation
  • During 6 month training period - 30,000 Rs PM

  • Upon confirmation - 60,000 Rs PM CTC


Work location

  • WFH (Work From Home)

  • Travel to client location would be required 

  • You will be expected to be on collaboration tools (google meet, zoom, whatsapp, slack) during business hours
