Founding AI Frontend Developer

About the role: We are seeking a talented frontend developer to join our team as a founding member, focusing on rapidly developing and deploying dynamic user interfaces for products built on our custom multi-agent system stack. This role involves creating intuitive, responsive, and powerful interfaces that enable users to interact seamlessly with our AI systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern frontend development, UI/UX design principles, and experience with real-time web applications and AI-powered interfaces.

• Design and implement intuitive, responsive interfaces that effectively visualize complex AI agent interactions and workflows

• Develop and optimize React/JavaScript applications that support AI-driven user experiences

• Rapidly prototype and iterate on UIs based on user feedback and evolving product requirements

• Work closely with our AI engineering team to ensure frontend components effectively leverage our multi-agent system capabilities

• Create reusable UI components and establish frontend architecture patterns for future development

• Implement real-time data visualization and interaction patterns that help users understand and control AI agent behaviors

• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of all user interfaces

• Contribute to the overall product vision and help define the user experience of our multi-agent systems

In this role, you're a good fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, Design, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue, or similar modern frontend frameworks

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Zustand), responsive web design, and building complex interactive user interfaces

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, HTML5, CSS3, and best practices for AI-driven applications

• Familiarity with WebSocket, GraphQL, REST APIs or similar technologies for real-time data handling

• Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Three.js, etc.)

• Knowledge of frontend build tools and workflows (Webpack, Vite, npm, yarn)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Passion for AI technologies, LLMs, and human-AI interaction paradigms
